The American Dahlia Society published their December Bulletin and special 2019 Results. There was a lot of confusion and conflicting instructions so they are taking input to consider how to improve the process next year. Although I submitted our results on time and to the correct party, they did not get them. I coordinated with them yesterday and our results will be published in the March 2020 bulletin.
