The 2018 Trial Garden Work Team Sign up has been published!
It is time to sign up to work in the Trial Garden for the 2018 season! We have filled all 24 reservations for our trial garden again this year. We need everyone’s help in maintaining the Trial Garden.
Working in the Trial Garden is a great way to gain hands-on experience in dahlia care and culture.
There are 4 work groups that will rotate working in the garden every Saturday starting June 9, 2018. You can sign up to join a team or choose individual dates that work best for your schedule. Alternatively, if you cannot make the Trial Garden on weekends, contact Larry Bagge, the Trial Garden Director, to join him working in the garden during the week.
The North Central Trial Garden is located at the Minnesota Landscape Arboretum along Three Mile Drive. An email was sent to all MDS members regarding the policy changes at the Arboretum and the steps you need to complete to work in the garden this season and for the foreseeable future.
