Lois LaVon Brase passed away last December 28th. She was a lifetime member of MDS. She enjoyed making artistic arrangements.
Her husband, Herb Brase, was president of MDS from 1995 – 1997. She was his dear wife for 61 years, until his death in 2007.
She was also mother to our current president, Carolyn Koehler.
She is dearly missed by her surviving children, Wendell Brase of California Carolyn Koehler and Catherine Adeboye of Minnesota, and her grandchildren, Heather, Bucky, Kirsten, Jack,Calista, Jordyn, Amara, and great grandson Jack David.
Lois LaVon Evangeline Christensen Brase, born March 31, 1927 and a long time resident of Roseville, MN. She loved singing joyful hymns and lively square dances.
